I'm a one man band. After 29 years of being a home inspector, I'm still in the game! Please call Courtney to schedule a home inspection. I hope everyone had a nice holiday!. As with all inspection services, our clients will have a basic knowledge of the property condition to make a informed decision. For the buyer under contract, our inspection service is one of the best that includes a comprehensive report and any follow-up consultation if needed. Radon testing and termite inspection scheduling can also be included for additional fees. For pre-offer buyers, I do offer the "Walk and Talk" consultation. This is everything common with the on-side inspection but the information is delivered to you verbally and no report is developed. You still gain the informed information to make a good decision. Courtney and I are prepared for this spring and we do offer services for most days of the week. Please call Courtney at 443-375-8353 to schedule an appointment.

The District of Columbia does not regulate the Home inspection industry. There is no licensing required by the DC Government.
